As of now, few inhalation therapies have been approved specifically for cancer treatment. However, several clinical trials are underway to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this approach. For instance, inhaled versions of traditional chemotherapy drugs like Cisplatin and experimental therapies such as RNA interference agents are being investigated.
