Irregular vaginal bleeding is a common symptom of gynecologic cancers, especially in the early stages. For instance, approximately 90% of women with endometrial cancer experience abnormal bleeding. Postmenopausal bleeding is particularly concerning and warrants immediate medical evaluation.
