How is KSHV Transmitted?

KSHV is primarily transmitted through saliva, but it can also be spread through blood and sexual contact. The virus is more prevalent in regions such as sub-Saharan Africa, the Mediterranean, and parts of South America. Populations at higher risk include individuals with HIV/AIDS, organ transplant recipients, and men who have sex with men (MSM).
