What Are the Current Research Trends in Managing These Toxicities?
Current research is focused on identifying biomarkers that can predict who is at risk for long-term and late onset toxicities. There is also ongoing work in developing less toxic treatment modalities and exploring protective agents that can be administered alongside conventional therapies to mitigate adverse effects.
