Stage 0: Cancer in situ, meaning it has not spread beyond its original location. Stage I: Small, localized tumors that have not spread to lymph nodes. Stage II: Larger tumors or those that have spread to nearby lymph nodes. Stage III: Tumors that have spread more extensively to lymph nodes but not to distant sites. Stage IV: Cancer that has spread to distant parts of the body.
