Despite its advantages, DCE MRI has some limitations:
Contrast Agent Use: Requires the administration of a contrast agent, which may not be suitable for patients with kidney dysfunction or allergies to gadolinium. Complexity: The technique requires specialized software and expertise for image acquisition and analysis. Cost: DCE MRI can be more expensive compared to conventional imaging modalities. Limited Availability: Not all medical centers have the capability to perform and interpret DCE MRI.
