Potential Toxicity: The long-term safety of fluorescent dyes used in NIRF is still under investigation, and their potential toxicity remains a concern. Technical Challenges: The accuracy of NIRF imaging can be affected by tissue autofluorescence and the uneven distribution of fluorescent probes.
