- Data Quality: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data can be difficult, especially given the sheer volume of information collected. - Data Privacy: Protecting patient confidentiality while still providing meaningful data for analysis is a constant concern. - Resource Allocation: Smaller institutions may struggle with the resources required to maintain accurate data submission and analysis.
