What are the Challenges in Targeting NADPH Oxidase in Cancer?
While targeting NADPH oxidase holds promise for cancer treatment, several challenges remain. One major challenge is the ubiquitous nature of NADPH oxidase, as it is involved in normal cellular functions, including immune response and host defense.
