What are the Challenges in Treating HER2-Positive Cancers?

Toxicity: Some patients may experience severe side effects from these treatments, which can limit their use. Heterogeneity: Tumors can be heterogeneous, meaning that not all cells within the tumor express HER2 uniformly, complicating treatment strategies.
