Individuals with Gorlin Syndrome may exhibit numerous clinical features including multiple basal cell carcinomas, jaw cysts (odontogenic keratocysts), palmar and plantar pits, and skeletal abnormalities. Additionally, they may have an increased risk of developing other types of tumors such as medulloblastoma and ovarian fibromas.
