1. Grade 1 (Low Grade): Cancer cells look slightly different from normal cells and are usually slow-growing. This grade is often referred to as well-differentiated. 2. Grade 2 (Intermediate Grade): Cancer cells look more abnormal and grow slightly faster than grade 1 cells. This grade is moderately differentiated. 3. Grade 3 (High Grade): Cancer cells look very different from normal cells and tend to grow quickly. This grade is poorly differentiated or undifferentiated.
