Common symptoms of SVCS include swelling of the face, neck, and upper limbs, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing. Patients may also experience a cough, chest pain, and hoarseness. In severe cases, symptoms can escalate to include dizziness, fainting, and altered mental status.
