The ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group and the American College of Radiology Imaging Network) is one of the largest clinical cancer research organizations in the United States. It focuses on developing and conducting clinical trials to improve cancer treatment, diagnosis, prevention, and quality of life for patients. ECOG-ACRIN is a member of the National Clinical Trials Network (NCTN) supported by the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
