The Shaker exercise routine involves two main steps:
Isometric Component: The patient lies flat on their back without a pillow. They then lift their head to look at their toes and hold it in this position for one minute. This is repeated three times with a one-minute rest between each repetition. Isotonic Component: The patient lifts their head to look at their toes and then lowers it back down. This is repeated 30 times. Both components should be performed three times a day for optimal results.
