The TNM system categorizes cancer based on three key factors:
T (Tumor): Indicates the size and extent of the primary tumor. N (Nodes): Describes whether cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes. M (Metastasis): Indicates whether cancer has spread to other parts of the body.
Each category is assigned a number or letter to indicate the extent of the disease.
