Brentuximab Vedotin is primarily used for treating Hodgkin lymphoma and systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (sALCL). It has also shown efficacy in treating other CD30-positive lymphomas, such as cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).
