Brentuximab Vedotin is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any component of the drug. Women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during treatment and for a specified period after the last dose. Additionally, caution is advised when using the drug in patients with pre-existing peripheral neuropathy or severe hepatic impairment.
