Intrathecal chemotherapy may not be suitable for patients with:
- Severe CNS Disease: Extensive CNS involvement may not respond well. - Existing Neurological Disorders: Conditions like epilepsy can be exacerbated. - Poor General Health: Inability to tolerate the invasive procedures or potential side effects.
