Lie on your stomach with your legs extended behind you and your toes pointing outward. Place your elbows beneath your shoulders, with your forearms parallel to each other. Press your forearms into the ground and gently lift your chest, keeping your neck neutral. Hold the pose for 5-10 breaths, focusing on deep, mindful breathing. To release, lower your chest back to the ground and rest your head on your forearms.
