Patients with liver function abnormalities due to cancer may experience symptoms such as jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), fatigue, weakness, weight loss, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In advanced stages, symptoms may also include swelling in the legs and abdomen, dark urine, and pale stools.
