Besides Ewing Sarcoma, EWSR1 gene fusions are also found in other cancers such as desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT), myxoid liposarcoma, and clear cell sarcoma. These fusions can involve various partner genes like ATF1, WT1, and ERG, resulting in different oncogenic pathways and clinical manifestations.
